You can now send money from the comfort of your own home using your credit or debit card. The main advantage of this service is that you can send money to a loved one without ever having to leave the house. All you need do is call us on our free-phone number 1800 395 395. Credit Card operators will take your details over the phone and process the transaction. Credit Card lines are open from 08.00 to 23.00.

Below are the restrictions for sending money with your Debit/Credit Card:

1. Western Union accept Irish issued Visa, Master and Debit Cards.
2. Only the cardholder or an authorised named user may use the Western Union Credit or Debit Card Service.
3. To process a transaction you must call either from your home or workplace using a landline number.

Note: The receiver must have valid Identification to collect funds.

Initially callers can avail of a sending limit of up to €250, thereafter one must register their details with us.
